Test Anxiety Program Program (TAP)

Students experiencing test anxiety that may be affecting their test scores can sign-up for the Test Anxiety Program. Students meet six times with a peer counselor to learn behavior and anxiety management techniques for improved performance. One-Shot Test Anxiety Management Workshops are offered on request.
  • Useful for students experiencing mild to moderate anxiety before and/or during an exam

  • Identifies causes of anxiety and applies skills that reduce your physiological symptoms and challenges your thoughts about yourself

  • Teaches skills that will help you succeed in life
